Navy Capt. Paul S. Hammer, Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) director, poses with beloved children’s television character Elmo at a Sesame Street Family Fun Day. The event, hosted by Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit organization behind Sesame Street and The Electric Company, brought together hundreds of military families to share resources offered by the new website www.familiesnearandfar.org. Sesame Workshop is a partner of DCoE.
