The Washington Ireland Program hosted its second annual event, “An Evening with Celtic Chefs” on Tuesday May 3 at the St. Regis Hotel in Washington, D.C. Many of Washington and Ireland’s most noted professional chefs showcased their expertise for an evening of fine cuisine and Irish culture with the help of their ‘Sous Chefs’ – well-known D.C. personalities from the media, politics, business and the arts. Here Susan Davis and Irish Ambassador Michael Collins enjoy the musical performance and evening. Both Davis and Collins acted as Sous Chefs, bringing their Irish touch to the food.
